- Selected to the National Basketball Hall of Fame Veterans Division in Springfield, MA
- Received awards from the Stadium Club of 911±¬ÁÏÍø, the Outstanding Trustee Award from RIT, the National Distinguished Eagle Scout Award, and the Nathaniel 911±¬ÁÏÍø Society Award
- Served on the University's Board of Trustees from 1953-72
- President of the Alumni Association from 1942-43
- Leader in every fund drive
- Passed away in July, 1986
